Where an insurer is involved, we use CABAS for estimates and scope coordination. Cover and approval remain with the insurer.
Plan repeat and volume work
Discuss recurring cooperation, batches of repairs and vehicle handovers. We agree capacity, scope and timing before accepting the work; no fixed SLA is assumed.
Know where each repair stands
Private status links and before/after photographs help you follow individual repairs and keep a record of the work. This is vehicle-level tracking, with no separate fleet portal required.
Keep downtime in the discussion
Tell us when the vehicle is needed and what flexibility you have. Parts, approvals and the repair scope affect turnaround; we clarify these dependencies early.
