What we assess and repair
We assess visible body damage and discuss the panels, parts and paintwork involved. The repair scope is agreed after inspection; photographs are a useful starting point, but do not replace an assessment.
How the repair works
First we review the damage. We then agree the repair scope and any parts or approvals needed, carry out bodywork and paint preparation, and check the finish before collection.
Before you contact us
Tell us the registration, make and model, where the damage is and whether an insurer is involved. If you are unsure whether the vehicle can be driven safely, arrange advice before bringing it in.
