How the repair works
Start with your claim details and a damage assessment. We use CABAS for insurance estimates and repair coordination. We clarify what work and approvals are needed before repair, then carry out the agreed bodywork and paintwork and keep you informed about progress.
Before you contact us
Have your insurer name, claim reference if available, registration and damage description ready. Your insurer confirms cover and any excess; we do not promise that every repair is covered.
When damage involves the vehicle structure
Structural damage needs a clearly defined repair method, measurements and documentation. Contact us to confirm the requirements and who carries out each part for your vehicle. Any registered damaged-vehicle process remains subject to the relevant authority; a repair does not guarantee a registration decision.
